Hello,

I'm going to setup a new Enhance cluster this week with cPFence, first time using Enhance.

From what I read in the FAQs I have to install cPFence on every server role I setup, updating the list of roles ips everytime manually on all of them.

The installation guide also says to install cPFence after Enhance. But Enhance is only installed on the control panel node. Is correct to assume that for all the other server roles there is no need to setup Enhance on them, but only run the shell command given when adding a server to cluster?

Welcome to cPFence. Enhance needs to be installed on all servers one by one, and the same goes for cPFence.

And yes, you are correct: for additional servers, you install Enhance by running the shell command shown when adding a server to the cluster. That’s the normal way to install Enhance on every role after the main control panel.

Our recommendation is to install Enhance on all servers, finish your migrations, and then install cPFence on all servers. You can also use a per-website cPFence license to secure all servers with a single license:
