Hello, I'm trying to bulk disable vulnerable WP plugins using cpfence --bulk-disable-wp-plugin-auto
it gives me this error

That error is coming from MySQL, not cPFence. It means the MySQL user in wp-config.php is locked. Open wp-config.php and check DB_USER, DB_NAME, and DB_HOST.

You can also run:

su - username
wp db check

Fix the database connection issue for that account, then try the bulk disable again.
