Whitelisted IP still reporting root login

Hi.

I ran this command in my main control panel

bash <(curl -ks https://api.cpfence.app/whitelist_your_ips.sh)

And whitelisted the IPs on my other servers (several times already), but I'm still getting a "cPFence has detected a root-privileged SSH login on your server" message every day.

When I run the whitelists it says that the IP is already whitelisted.

How can I fix this?

I had the control panel's IP allowed in UFW and that was interfering with this whitelist process (it just said the IP was already whitelisted every time).

After removing that UFW rule, the whitelist process worked.
